Marty Fulford is a co-host of Housing Voices and brings a grounded, real-world perspective to every conversation. A licensed principal broker and owner of Fulhouse Realty, LLC with deep roots in Oregon homeless communities Marty has spent years working at the intersection of housing markets and human need. Her nonprofit board experience — including work in the homeless shelter space — gives her a firsthand understanding of what happens when the housing system breaks down for the most vulnerable. Marty's ability to connect market realities with human stories makes her a compelling voice for practical, compassionate housing solutions.

Bre Irish is a co-host of Housing Voices and one of Oregon's sharpest housing policy minds. An activist and policy wonk, Bre has worked on the staff of U.S. Senator Ron Wyden in Oregon, where she developed a deep understanding of how federal and state policy intersects with local housing challenges. She brings that experience to Housing Voices as a passionate advocate for evidence-based solutions, equitable outcomes, and the kind of systemic change that actually moves the needle. Bre isn't afraid to ask hard questions — or push back when the answers fall short.

Ed Fulford is the founder and executive producer of Housing Voices. Ed recently retired from the global cybersecurity field — leading programs focused on systemic change, better operational practices, and building more resilient secure infrastructure and processes. That systems-level thinking carries directly into Housing Voices: the belief that complex problems require structured approaches, honest data, and people willing to do the unglamorous work of making things better. Ed built Housing Voices because he believes Oregon's housing crisis deserves a serious, sustained civic conversation.
